Mr. Ankush Agarwal is a Founder and managing partner of 5 Pillars and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, investor relations, and fundraising advisory. He has worked closely with promoters, senior management teams, and investors to support strategic decision-making, capital structuring, and sustainable business growth.

At 5 Pillars, he plays a key leadership role in driving the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing financial advisory, investor engagement, deal evaluation, and transaction execution. His work focuses on aligning client objectives with investor expectations while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading and playing cricket, reflecting a disciplined, analytical, and balanced approach to leadership.

Mrs. Anju Laddha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with extensive experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She has worked closely with promoters, management teams, and stakeholders on complex transactions and compliance matters, providing practical, value-driven insights. Known for her structured approach and strong communication skills, she effectively bridges technical expertise with clear strategic advice.

Akash Prajapati is a Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Management and Business Finance and a B.Com from Mumbai University. He has experience in transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, and capital market–related engagements, working closely with promoters and management teams on strategic and financial initiatives.

At 5 Pillars, he serves as a Strategic Advisor, supporting business strategy, capital structuring, and long-term value creation with a strong focus on governance and compliance.

Miss. Priya Singh is a postgraduate from Mumbai University with experience in management, governance, and regulatory compliance across various frameworks. She has hands-on exposure to due diligence, review of financial statements and annual reports, and client relationship management.

At 5 Pillars, she contributes to governance oversight, compliance support, and analytical review, helping clients strengthen transparency, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder confidence.

Ms. Heena Jain is a graduate with specialized certifications in Investment Banking and Financial Analysis from the Boston Institute of Analytics. She has a strong foundation in financial markets, valuation, financial modeling, and analytical decision-making. With a keen interest in corporate finance and capital markets, she supports financial analysis and advisory assignments with a structured, detail-oriented approach.

CA Pankaj Khandelwal possesses over 13 years of rich and diversified experience in the fields of transaction advisory, FEMA, Drafting Shareholder Agreements, ESOP and Valuations etc.

He had secured all India 16th rank in Final examination of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.
